These changes will be subtle but distinct.
This year, we’ve seen a variety of preproduction Mercs in camo wraps. We’ve seen most of them of the SUV type, but there are a few exceptions. This Mercedes-Benz S-Class wagon is a good example. It has a new front and backside, which will also include new lighting elements.
Mercedes seems eager to share the love of the new . The changes are not obvious on this preproduction car, but it does show that there is a grille inside that is a little slimmer and more elemental. The headlights will be redesigned, with their size shrinking ever-so-slightly in order to give the Merc’s whole face a thinner and better-proportioned appearance.
The rear is quite interesting, not because of the camo hiding there, but because there’s actually camo. Although the tape appears to show the same lenses as the current model’s, the tape could conceal a late-in the-game redesign that may more closely resemble the new lights.
GLE-Class . In any event Something It’s happening back there No new information has been released about interior upgrades. It is a foregone conclusion, that Merc’s existing COMAND system will be replaced by the new MBUX system. We expect the latest infotainment equipment to make its way inside, as well as some other trim and design changes.
Rumours suggest that the mild hybrid powertrain of the CLS_Class will be fitted under the hood. The current 241-horsepower (180-kilowatts) 2.0-liter four pot will see an upgrade to the 255 horsepower (190-kW) mill from CClass
Although there is no official information on when the covers of the refreshed E-Class will be removed, it should occur sometime in the first half 2019
