The EQC’s two electric motors produce 402 horsepower and 561 pounds-feet of torque. This is greater than the Audi’s 355 hp or 414 lb-ft. The E-Tron has a boost mode that increases output to 402 horsepower and 490 lb-ft. This is more than the Audi 355 hp or 414 lb-ft.

The EQC will have to compete with the BMW iX3, which is due for release next year as a fully-electric version of the X3. Audi unveiled a new version of its E-Tron at the ongoing L.A. show, with the Sportback suffix.
