2020 Porsche 911 Turbo Turbo – Off Guard With Zero Camo

It seems that the sports car was taken straight from the factory floor.

Well, well, well. What are we left with? We’ve seen the Porsche 911 Carrera S/4S 992-gen Porsche 911 Carrera S/4S and now we’re turning our attention to the newer versions of the iconic Nine Eleven. The new Turbo will be made official in the latter part of this year. But as you can see the cat is out of the bag.

This is It!

Instagram user, and Porsche enthusiast Todd Schleicher, published a two-in-one photo of the new beast. It appears to be sitting straight on the Zuffenhausen factory floor. We realize that these are not two images. The one below is simply a mirror of the above photo. See the reversed “Porsche” lettering at the back as well as the “right-hand drive” layout in the image below?

The safety wrap was still on the Turbo to protect its precious bodywork. However, the Turbo had the frunk opened and was likely going through a final inspection. The Turbo is a Turbo, look at the quad exhaust tips with squares and the intimidating body. It’s the 911 Turbo 992, as Porsche prefers to design its sports car from the past.

The new Turbo will be officially unveiled by Porsche. It will feature a more powerful version of the familiar twin-turbo six cylinder engine, a 3.8-liter turbo, which produces more power than the 540 horsepower and 487 lb-ft (660Nm) found in the 991.2 911 Turbo. The new eight-speed dual clutch automatic transmission will channel the power to the roads.

This leak could indicate that Porsche plans to unveil the new 911 Turbo at the Geneva Motor Show. We will likely see it in September, if not.
