The new A3 Sedan is larger than ever and almost as long as A4 B7, while being slightly longer and taller.
Audi introduced the new Audi A3 Sportback last week, despite the cancellation of the 2020 Geneva Motor Show. The worldwide health crisis did not stop the Four Rings from introducing this hatchback’s sedan brother earlier in the week. Audi released new videos that showcase Ingolstadt’s redesigned compact luxury car. They offer a detailed look at the metal and interior.
The new generation is more competitive than the 2013 original A3 Sedan. Audi’s baby is not only up against the Mercedes CLA, but it also has to contend with the creepy Mercedes CLA.
sedanIt is also competing with the A-Class Sedan to get a piece, as well as BMW’s new2 Series Gran Coupe The 1 Series Sedan is also available in certain markets. Cadillac also offers an ATS-replacing XT4, with a warm XT4 V version. It will soon be available in some markets.

The new HTML3 Sedan has grown in length by 4 cm (1.6 inches) while being slightly longer and wider than the A4 B7. You’d expect the exterior to look exactly like it does. The A3 Sportback has a trunk lid that increases the overall length by 15 cm (5.9 inches) over the five-door model.
We’re used to fake vents on both the front and rear bumpers. Hopefully, this trend will end soon. We are also not fond of Audi’s revised nomenclature, which was established several years ago based upon the engine’s output. However, this is not a major issue as you can remove the “35 TFSI” badge with ease. Overall, the new A3 Sedan is more attractive than its predecessor. It will also be more popular in the S or RS versions.
As the new dashboard design is a major departure from the A3 Sedan, the interior is the most significant change. It could be described as sending a Lamborghini vibe with the hexagonal theme. Those who still need direct access to the most important functions will appreciate the physical buttons on its center console. If you prefer a more traditional layout, there is no secondary touchscreen as in the Audis.
Audi is launching European customer deliveries this summer. The new A3 Sedan will be on sale in Europe this Summer, but U.S-spec cars will arrive at an earlier date.
