The exhaust tips are a different thing…

Mansory is a company that has never produced a boring car. Although most of their aftermarket products are not for everyone, they’re never boring. The tuner has taken a stab at modifying the Internet’s most beloved car, the Audi RS6 avant. We aren’t so sure that the Ingolstadt super wagon will be a favorite car. However, we do like this unusual project.

Mansory had hoped to take the car to Geneva Motor Show. However, we will only be able to view it online at the moment as the 90Th Edition of GIMS was Cancelled . The carbon fiber wide body kit is not enough to convince you that this is not a standard RS6. The quad exhaust tips, which are oddly shaped, are definitely not what you would expect. Audi . The standard RS6’s oval exhaust tips – which were the largest ever installed to an Audi Sport RS model – have been replaced with an angular set that is housed in a diffuser visible from the moon.

Mansory did a lot to modify Ingolstadt’s family hauler, from the front spoiler and hood vents to the huge side skirts to the large roof spoiler at its back. The 22-inch forged wheels and orange decorative stripes on its hood have an inside counterpart where a similar shade is used for the dashboard, seatbelts and floor mats.

The package wouldn’t be complete without modifications to the performance wagon, where Mansory has tweaked the twin-turbo-4.0-liter engine. The V8’s powerful output has been reduced to 591 horsepower (441 Kilowatts) as well as 590 lb-ft (890 Newton-meters). The sprint time of 0-62 mph (0-100km/h) has been lowered from 3.6 seconds down to 3.2 seconds. We’ll also remind you that the standard RS6 Avant can reach 190 mph (305 km/h).

Mansory has officially announced plans to modify more Audis in the RS6 Avant as a follow up to the HTML8 Spyder many moons back.
