Notable exterior features include body-color bumpers and door handles as well as lower bodyside cladding and black mirror caps. Roof rails and running boards are also included.
The most noticeable change in the SUV interior is the absence of a third row. The 2021 Expedition XL STX has a 3.5-liter EcoBoost engine under the hood mated with a 10-speed SelectShift auto transmission. An additional $3,050 would get you a 4×4 drivetrain.
For an additional premium of $795, you can add the Heavy Duty Trailer Tow Package, ControlTrac with electronic limited slip differential, or ControlTrac for $1,100.
Notable is the fact that the Expedition starts at a lower MSRP than the base 2021 Chevy Truck Tahoe, which comes with a third row.
