The full-fledged Bronco’s cost will not be reduced, however.
Ford has begun deliveries of its new models as the year winds down. A letter to Ford dealers, brought to your attention by CarsDirect, revealed that there is a price hike on two of the new vehicles.
The letter states that the 2021 Ford Bronco Sport will see a price increase across the range starting December 23. This increase is only $160, which represents a 1 percent increase. The Bronco Sport came with a starting price of $28,155, plus destination fees.
The price of the Blue Oval model will not change. This means that the 2021 Ford Bronco SUV remains unchanged, at least for the moment.
CarsDirect reports Ford has implemented the price increase “to keep Ford & Lincoln brands competitively positioned.” According to the letter to dealers, this is the truth. A few Lincoln models, especially the Aviator and Corsair, will also see similar price changes.
These price changes should not be surprising considering the nearing end of 2020 and the start of the new year. The differences between the packages are not significant, but you might want to reconsider your Max Trailer Tow Package.
