This difference can reach up to $3,000.
The Ford Mustang MK-E has not yet been released. The GT and all models should be available by the end, although there is a new incentive to order. Ford has lowered the MSRP on most Mach-E models, and in some cases the price is $3,000 lower than before. This cool?
The news was first reported on Macheforum.com. A post showed a supposedly official message from Ford to dealers. It informs dealers about a new pricing structure, PL 120. It also asks them to contact Mach E reservation holders to update them on the new price. Motor1.com reached out to Ford regarding this and received the following statement from a spokesperson
Premium models are $3,000 less expensive. California Route 1 models get a $2,000 discount, while First Edition models drop by $1,000. Here is a quick overview of the suggested retail price for the Mustang Mach-E
Ford’s MSRP decrease does not include the GT. However, that doesn’t mean that it won’t see a price drop. The GT is currently listed on Ford’s website at an estimated starting price $60,000, but it won’t be available until the summer of 2021. Ford has plenty of time to reduce the GT’s MSRP.
