You can make everything look a little better with black trim. This is one of the many features Infiniti adds to its QX50 SUV, but the numerous changes and additions make it a little more expensive. We’ll get to that later.
The QX50 was launched in 2019 for the model year. However, 2021 will bring some updates in the form standard-issue equipment and colors. Mineral Black is now part of the exterior color palette. The package includes a graphite headliner. Mineral Black is an option for a new color, but it is not necessary to purchase the black package.
Infiniti offers additional standard equipment on selected models, beyond aesthetics. The automaker offers heated front seats in the Luxe trim. It also provides a range driver assistance including blind-spot intervention and lane-depature prevention. Intelligent cruise control, distance control aid, and ProPilot as well. AWD Autograph models get a standard trailer package.
The entry-level QX50 pure is not included in the standard-issue upgrades. It’s not there at all – Infiniti states all models get new rear-mounted side-impact airbags, acoustic laminated side glass, Wi Fi hotspot capability and automatic collision notification with an emergency call. The blackout package is only available in Luxe trim if you are interested.Infiniti’s all-inclusive additions have caused the QX50 Pure with front wheel drive to cost $37,950.
