The 2021 Infiniti QX80 makes its debut with upgrades throughout the model line to make it even more luxurious. There are also some new trim levels. The 2020 model year’s base price is $69,050.
All 2021 QX80 trims now include the Smart Rearview Mirror system. It measures 9.6 inches in diameter, and features a better-detailed display. Drivers have a wider horizontal and vertical field of view thanks to the rear-facing camera. The tech can reduce flicker from the LED headlights shining through the screen for better night vision.
The entry-level Luxe includes an upgraded Intelligent Cruise Control system. It also features blind spot intervention, distance control assistance, lane departure prevention and rear seatbelt reminder.
Premium Select grades come with more luxurious equipment. The body features dark chrome with black highlights on the grille and fender vents, mirror caps and tailgate strip. You can get the cabin in Graphite or Sahara Stone.
The exterior is equipped with 22-inch wheels and chrome caps thanks to the Sensory trim. The interior is upgraded with Charcoal Burl wood trim and quilted semi-aniline leather upholstery. The color Graphite Tricot is the headliner. The SUV’s top grade also includes the Hydraulic Body Motion Control System, which creates a smoother ride.
For 2021, the powertrain will be available. The 5.6-liter V8 produces 400 horsepower (298 kilowatts), and 413 pound feet (560 Newton-meters), of torque. A seven-speed automatic is the only available gearbox. The big SUV is available in both rear- and all wheel-drive configurations.
