It seems to have inherited the huge MBUX infotainment system from the S-Class.
Mercedes is certainly busy with the S Class these days, especially with a planned debut in early next month. Stuttgart is not ignoring the rest of the cars in the range.
The C-Class The estate version has been seen several times, but the spy cameras spotted the estate model for the first-time last month. However, the cabin of a long-roof C-Class was not visible in the previous spy shots. Our spy photographers were able to catch a glimpse at the cabin of the C-Class Wagon.
The interior of the C-Class Estate is identical to its sedan counterpart, but it’s a little more spacious at the rear. Two large screens adorn the dashboard: one for the instrument, and one for MBUX infotainment.
The center screen is reminiscent the recently revealed official images of S-Class cabin. It resides in the middle and extends all the way to the console. We don’t expect the C-Class will get the five full-color displays of the S-Class.
The exterior of the C-Class wagon is identical to last month. Although there is not much camouflage, you can see that the prototype rides on a different set. You can expect similar dimensions to the C-Class estate, with updates similar to the E-Class and S-Class exterior styling. Unfortunately, faux-exhaust vents are also included at the rear.
A few months after the sedan, the C-Class wagon is expected to debut next year. A C-Class All-Terrain rival to the A4 Allroad, with standard 4Matic, is also expected to be available. Residents of the United States should not expect the long-roof C Class as the company is reportedly eliminating several North American nameplates to simplify its lineup.
