2021 Ram 1500 Mopar Special Edition Debuts With Tonneau Cover, Stripes

It is limited to 250 units

The 2021 Ram 1500 receives a new Mopar Special edition Package, which combines many accessories. This limited edition model will only be available in 250 units, 210 for the USA and 40 for Canada.

Packages add a gloss black grille surround to the body and a one-piece, body-color tonneau cover. The exterior side and the bed are covered in black decals. The back is accented by black exhaust tips. You can also find matching running boards. The equipment includes a spray-in bedliner, an adjustable tie-down system, and tow hooks. The dual-trailer camera prep equipment is available to buyers.

The cloth seats are embroidered with the Mopar logo and have Light Diesel Gray stitching. The backs of the front chairs have Molle bags. An instrument panel badge shows the build-sequence number. There are also all-weather floor mats.

A custom box can be ordered for the owner’s kit. Inside is a personalized metal certificate confirming authenticity and the serialized vehicle-build numbers. The Mopar Design team also included a rendering of this truck.

Mopar’s Special Edition Package is $8,500. It is available with Big Horn or Lone Star trims, the Crew Cab body, the 5.7-liter V8 and the 4X4 drivetrain. Bright White, Flame Red and Hydro Blue are all available in Billet Silver.

Stellantis has a very high demand for Ram 1500. In March, the company implemented an 84-hour work week for skilled trades workers who were building the 1500 at Sterling Heights Assembly Plant in Michigan. The affected workers were then allowed to take seven days off after being on the job seven days consecutively.
