It is the only Fiat product available in the country.
In the US, Fiat has reduced its lineup to only one model: the 500X. According to Stellantis, the nameplate will continue on through the 2022 model year. The new model year will see the introduction of a soft-top version, which offers open-air motoring for crossover buyers.
Soft-top versions are available for all four members of the 2022 500X line, namely Pop, Trekking and Sport. A new Yacht Club Capri special edition, based on 500X Sport, was also revealed as the 500X Yachting Collects’ Edition.
Only 500X Yacht Club Capri special Edition is available in Venezia Blue exterior paint. The 500X is the only 500X with ivory leather seats and blue piping, 18-inch sports wheels, and a woodgrain dash insert featuring a satin-finished shifter.
The rest of the range is also available in different shades of gray, red, or black. Black and white are the interior color options, which can be made in fabric or leather. The turbocharged 1.3-liter engine still produces 177 horsepower (132 Kilowatts) as well as 210 pound-feet (285 Newton meters) of torque. All-wheel drive is standard on the 500X.
Fiat offers 75 advanced safety and security options for its 500X line, including ParkSense front, rear, and adaptive cruise control, LaneSense Lane Departure Warning–Plus, LaneSense Forward Collision Warning–Plus, LaneSense Lane Departure Warning–Plus, rain-sensing wipers, blind spot monitoring, and rear cross-path detection.
Fiat has not yet revealed the pricing of the 2022 500X line-up, nor for the 500X Yacht Club Capri exclusive edition. The 2021 500X model year 500X is priced at $25,945, while the 500X Pop starts at $25,945. The 500X Trekking Plus ceilings start at $31,185, and there are no destination fees for the 500X Trekking Plus.
