It is a handsome looking four-door.
We now have a good idea of how the next-generation Honda Civic will look after the arrival design trademarks as well as spy photos. KDesign AG has created two new renderings to show how the next-generation Honda Civic might look in 2021.
The 11th-generation Civic’s overall theme is to remove the creases from the current model. The new Civic flattens the arched headlights of the previous model so there is a clear line running through the grille and along the top of each lamp. The Honda emblem is protected by a narrow grille. A crosspiece for the bumper seperates it from the other inlet at the bottom of the lower fascia.
KDesign AG believes the fog lights are in the corners of lower fascia, even though they are not visible in spy photos or trademarks. Honda’s designers will likely put them here.
The flowing roofline of the new Civic sedan is highlighted by the Civic sedan’s rear. The four-door has a coupe-like appearance from the rear. This variant features two separate taillights rather than one that runs the entire width of the tail like the Civic hatchback.
The new Civic’s dashboard is also shown in trademark images. There is space for an infotainment display at the top of the center stack. The HVAC controls will be located below the center stack, according to the designers. Because the hole is too large for storage, it’s a little mystery as to what section it is.
The new Civic will be available for purchase in 2022. Honda has already confirmed that the new Civic will be available in an Si variant, and spy photos show that the company is also working on a Type R.
