Many rumors have been going around for years about Jeep’s new 3.0-liter inline-6 engine. It is codenamed Tornado. According to the Specialty Equipment Market Association, the engine could finally be seen under the hood the new two-row Grand Cherokee.
According to rumors, the Tornado engine has a turbocharged 48-volt mild hybrid assistance. According to SEMA rumors, it will connect to an eight-speed ZF-sourced automatic. According to rumors, the Tornado engine would debut first in the Wagoneer, but it would eventually be available in the Grand Cherokee and Dodge Charger as well as the Challenger and Challenger pickups. Safety tech includes rear cross-path detection and full-speed collision warning. There is also adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, lane-keep assistance, and adaptive cruise control.
