Only 500 people will be given unique Jeep Beach decals.
The Wrangler 392 was introduced last year by Jeep. It is a 470-horsepower (350 kilowatts) beast. The start of 2022 is quieter, as Jeep introduces the new High Tide trim to the Wrangler. Also, a new exterior color named High Velocity Yellow.
The Sport S’s successor, the High Tide trim, receives a wide range of upgrades. The 500 first High Tide models will be limited-edition Wrangler Jeep Beach models. These models receive special Jeep Beach hood decals. Prices for both models start at $508,835 and include the $1,595 destination fee.
High Tide trim includes the body-color hardtop and LED headlights/fog lights, rock rails and the Gorilla Glass windshield. It also features sand/slushmats, the Sunrider Fliptop and High Tide Hood decals. The Xtreme Recon package includes the High Tide trim, which also includes:
- 35-inch BF Goodrich T/A KO2 tires
- 17-inch beadlock-capable tires
- 4.56 rear axle ratio
- 1.5 inch suspension lift with specially tuned shocks
- Hinge-gate reinforcement
- Jack Spacer
- Kit for tire relocation
- Extensions for wheel flares
For $395, the new High Velocity Yellow color will be available on the 2022 Wrangler lineup. It is available for order now and one of the four colors on the High Tide models. You can also choose from Black, Bright White and StingGray.
Jeep is now accepting orders for the High Tide model. The company claims they will arrive in time to attend this year’s Jeep Beach2022 week in Daytona Beach (Florida), which runs from April 24 through May 1.
Jim Morrison, Jeep’s chief executive, stated, “We listen to customers so we are celebrating them passion for beach-ready cars during this multi-day celebration with the Wrangler Hide and Jeep Beach special editions as well as introducing the High Velocity Yellow exterior color.”
