Toyota appears to have difficulty hiding the SUV.
Another day, another sighting the 2022 Toyota Land Cruiser sans any covering. The full-size SUV as well as its entire design have been captured on video and photos. Watch it now, completely naked and unaware that it is being filmed.
Spy video was taken from an Instagram photo by Kurdistan Automotive blog. It shows the Toyota Land Cruiser turning right inside a gated compound. However, the exact location is not known.

Toyota has had a difficult time hiding the next version of its SUV. Based on leaked images, unofficial Land Cruiser renderings should give us an idea of the final product at launch.
We still have a lot to learn about the SUV’s design. Leaked technical drawings from April give us an idea of the layout. It is expected that the next Land Cruiser will have a tablet-like infotainment display atop its central console. Although a GR-branded button for on/off may be possible, it is not a guarantee of a high performance version.
The list of powertrains that will be used in the 2022 Land Cruiser is another unconfirmed information. There are a number of reports that the 2022 Land Cruiser will feature a range of four- and six-cylinder engines. The top-spec trim could include a twin-turbo V8. This could be shared with the next Lexus. Other markets may get a twin-turbo, 3.3-liter diesel.
