2023 Ford F-150 Heritage Edition Revealed To Celebrate 75 Years of F-Series Trucks

This special retro-flavored version is based upon the XLT trim.

Ford introduced the F-Series in 1948 and now wants to celebrate 75 years of production. The Heritage Edition is based on Ford’s F-150 in the XLT trim and features retro touches that date back to the 1970s, 1980s, and more. The two-tone paint job allows you to have the workhorse in one color for the roof, bumpers and bumpers. The lower body is painted in the opposite hue while the lower body is painted in the same color.

The following combinations will be available to customers:
  • Race Red midsection with upper and lower Carbonized Gray
  • Atlas Blue midsection with upper and lower Agate Black
  • Antimatter Blue with Antimatter Gray midsection;
  • Avalanche midsection with upper and lower Agate black;
  • Area 51, midsection with upper and lower Agate Black.

Ford
has updated the interior with the special 2023 Ford F-150 Heritage Edition seat trim. The interior is finished in black and slate gray, with a central armrest that features an embossed logo to indicate the truck is more than a simple XLT. Dearborn’s automaker placed a white “75 Years” logo in the top center of the windshield. This is an Easter egg. When the truck is turned on, it also appears on its infotainment screen.

Ford will start accepting orders for the 2023 F-150 Heritage Edition in July. It plans to then announce pricing details. The 2022 XLT model starts at $38,515 MSRP, and does not include destination fees. Raptor R will be introduced in 2023MY. This Raptor R is believed to feature the supercharged 5.2-liter engine from the Mustang Shelby GT500.
