This LFA is one of the most beautiful, but would it be fair to pay for a used copy?
Lexus had produced 500 units of the LFA Supercar by December 2012. This was a process that began in 2010 with 20 cars per month. The LFA is a very special Toyota. It has this number, and certain allocations around the globe, 150 for the United States.
We’ve seen used LFA units in many dealers for more than seven years. This chromed unit from Germany is for sale at 880,000 euros, or approximately $954,000 at the current exchange rate.
Mobile.de lists the above price tag. It excludes a 19% VAT which drives the price up to 1,049 600 euros, or about $1,136,000.
What’s the deal with this Lexus LFA, then? This LFA has been driven only 870 km (541 miles) and does not have a special chrome wrap. The photos show that the entire package appears relatively new. It’s not surprising that the cabin with red accents looks new, but it’s barely been driven.
Is it worth the price? It’s up to you. If you are looking for a LFA with a chrome finish and a low mileage model, this may be the one. There are a few secondhand LFA units that are available in the U.S., but they are very rare.
You can also opt to purchase a new unit. This is according to our latest count. There are only four in the U.S.
