Audi station wagons are some of the most powerful ever.
Audis Some of the most efficient ways to make money are through their ability to be creative. Station wagons ever. Their tuning potential makes them the ultimate sleeper cars. A family-oriented vehicle would not be expected to produce supercar performance. These videos are by the YouTube channel AutoTopNL We get to witness timed performance tests on a 1994 Audi RS2 Avant that has been greatly tuned and a equally amazing Audi RS4 Avant.
Let’s look at the HTML2 video. The RS2 was first introduced 25 years ago as a limited-run, high-performance wagon. The turbocharged, 2.2-liter five-cylinder engine produced 311 horsepower and 302 pounds-feet torque. The video shows the RS2 being tuned to 709 horsepower and a ridiculous 553 pound-feet torque. This allows it to reach speeds of 188 mph and a zero to 62 mph time of just 3.5 seconds. It can run 62-125 miles per hour in just 5.6 seconds. It is a serious speedster and doesn’t seem to be far from its larger brother and sister.
The second video shows the 2018 Audi RS4 Avant. This is the fourth generation of RS4. The RS4 comes with a biturbo 2.9L V6 and an eight-speed auto. It produces 450 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque. The RS4 Avant video features 540 horsepower and 575 pound feet of torque. This is all thanks to some tuning and performance parts. The RS4 Avant can reach a top speed of 188 mph and clocks in at a time of 3.6 seconds from zero to 62 mph.
Everyone has a thing for station wagons.
The second video shows the timing of all speeds. Be sure to watch those to get an idea of what this “family car”, can do.
