This vehicle was only driven 296 miles. Now it is yours.

Although the 2020 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Widebody Daytona Anniversary Edition’s name may sound a bit long, this retro-inspired sedan still has many things going for it. The car is still a great way to get into the 700-horsepower club, even though it starts at $75,635.

Dodge will be making 501 copies of the original 1969 NASCAR-derived model. However, you won’t see this White Knuckle version on the roads in the near future. This car was only able to travel 296 miles (476 km) due to customer deliveries at the start of the year. It is currently located in Van Nuys (California).

Although we don’t know the cause of the accident, it’s likely that both front airbags were deployed at impact. The Copart is up for sale. It will be interesting to see if someone is brave enough to purchase it and restore it to its former glory. The limited-run Charger comes with a lot of optional goodies, including sunroof. After the destination fee and tax, the asking price was $80 725.

These Daytona sedans are in high demand, as dealers can charge up to $25,000 and ask six figures for what is basically a Charger Heckcat Widebody with stickers and decals. The car is basically the same except that you get an additional 10 horsepower and 20-inch wheels with a Satin Carbon finish.

Copart does not say when the car will be auctioned, but we will keep an eye on the listing to see if anyone will take it. The muscle sedan will hopefully live on to see another day.
