It would be much easier to fit one of these in your garage.

Japanese tuner Liberty Walk will launch the G Mini bodykit for its new Suzuki Jimny. This makes the tiny off-roader look more like a Mercedes Benz G-Class. The company’s latest photo shoot shows the small SUV with Liberty Walk’s G-wagen. Forced perspective is used in some photos to make the pair seem the same size, but in reality the Mercedes towers above the Suzuki.

Liberty Walk designers are in love with fender flares and fit a large set on this Jimny. You can also find matching ones for G-Class. The tuner offers a new grille surround to give the Suzuki a single central opening that makes it look more like the Mercedes. Also, the lower fascia is larger than its German counterpart. Liberty Walk also offers vented hoods to fit both models. The Jimny’s rear taillights are more similar to the G-Class’.

Liberty Walk will reveal the complete production version of the Mini G bodykit parts at the Tokyo Auto Salon January 11. Jimny owners can now buy these tiny SUVs, which could mean that they will soon be available for purchase.

Tuners are now making the Jimny look like other offroaders. Japan’s Damd, for example, offers Little G and Little D kits that make the Suzuki look similar to a Land Rover Defender Defender and Mercedes G-Class. The Wald International’s Black Bison Edition takes inspiration from the G-wagen.
