German tuners Seikel and Delta4x4 introduce a variety of aftermarket parts for the Volkswagen Transporter ore refreshed HTML6.1 to make it a better van to take on off-road adventures. The pieces can even be used to take a trip into the wilderness in a California RV.

The van’s heart is lifted by a bodylift kit. This raises the van by approximately 1.18 inches (30 mm). You can also find 18-inch beadlock tires with a classic phone number design.

A massive skid plate protects the engine, gearbox and vehicle from any impact. Underbody protection is available to protect the fuel tank and differential.

A brush bar runs underneath the body and up to the front bumper. It’s used for gaurding exteriors. Buyers can also add two LED lamps.

The companies offer an aftermarket exhaust as an optional extra that won’t impact the van’s offroad capabilities.

The mildly updated T6.1 was unveiled by VW in 2019. A few months later, the California camper van debuted. There were minor tweaks like LED headlights and a 10.25-inch digital cluster for the instrument cluster. The infotainment display was 9.2 inches. The TV’s control panel was updated to allow for interior lighting and pop up roof. Safety tech was improved with Cross Wind Assist and Trailer Assist.

The new generation of Transporter is in development. Spy shots reveal that the van’s design has undergone major changes. An additional pillar was used to create a small window between the windshield & front door. This vehicle uses a modified version of VW’s MQB architecture. The engine options include gasoline, diesel, as well as plug in hybrid options.
