A source of inspiration for all.

It is a privilege to be able to own the Acura NX. Many NSXs have been sitting in their garages gathering dust for the past few years as the value has risen. Chris Cut is one example of a few owners who still enjoy their NSXs. Chris Cut has taken his NSX cross-country camping trips, and recently built a trailer to pull it. Chris has 1.5 NSXs, which means that he is very cool to build this trailer from an NSX.

Chris had to disassemble this renowned Japanese supercar in order to build a trailer from an NSX, which is considered blasphemy within the car industry. Chris did not start the project with a mint NSX. In fact, the donor car was actually totaled twice. Even if the car was repaired, it could not be registered as a road legal vehicle. Chris saved the day and gave the NSX a second chance. It became one of the most popular NSX’s online.

Chris uses this trailer to make his NSX camper more practical. It has a roof tent, and can be used to store most of Chris’s belongings on long trips. Chris plans to attach a trailer hitch on his Honda S2000 to allow him to tow tires around the track at track day events.

Chris had to make the trailer legal for use on the roads. He also had to adjust the lighting and add side markers in accordance with DMV regulations. Chris wanted the trailer to match his car as closely as possible. This includes the same wheels, color and carbon fiber accents.
