Akrapovic promote pits BMW M3 against BMW S 1000 RR Superbike

Slovenian exhaust manufacturer Akrapovic joined forces with BMW to create a co-branded promo.

The Chase features Nico Bastian, a M3 driver and Rico Penzkofer, a BMW S 1000 RR superbike rider, on the racetrack. This is done to promote Akrapovic’s exhaust systems.

The ending is predictable, just like an action movie. We won’t spoil the ending for you.

Akrapovic insists that the race is real, despite this. These two men are not actors, but a motorcycle racer or racing driver who are competing for bragging rights. All the action, tension and end result at the track are real.”

Each racer is competing to become the fastest to pass the other.

It doesn’t matter what the result, the exhaust sounds and dynamic filming style make it worth watching.
