The addition of the Superwolf to Alpha Motors’ lineup of electric vehicles is a further step in the expansion of its range. It’s a crew-cab version of the Wolf Plus, which will serve as the Alpha’s most practical and spacious member of its family.

The truck measures 214.6 inches (5.450 mm), 78.5 inches (1.995 mm), and 69.3 in (1760 mm). The cargo bed at its back measures 65 inches (1,652mm), is 59 inches (490mm) wide and 18 inches (458mm) deep. It can also be equipped with a retractable covering. According to the manufacturer, the cargo area can hold 40 cubic feet (1.133 liters) worth of items. An extendable version can also be ordered. The Superwolf can pull up to 6,724 lbs (3,050 kg).

You won’t be disappointed if you have seen Alpha’s past products. The exterior features include a wide fender that hides large, chunky tires. Customers will also have the option of choosing from 16-, 17 or 18-inch wheels. A tubular front bumper gives it a rugged look, while the body is painted in an army green color. The minimalistic design continues inside with two screens positioned on a flat dashboard. One screen is for the instrument cluster, and one for the infotainment. Except for the four buttons on the left-hand side of the passenger screen, and the switchgear at the steering wheel, almost no buttons are visible.

Alpha has not revealed any technical details, but it is likely that the truck shares its powertrain with the smaller Wolf Plus. This means that the AWD configuration has two electric motors and an 85-kWh lithium-ion batteries. The electric pickup should be capable of driving between 275 to 300 miles (443-483 km) on a single charge. It can also accelerate from a stop to 60 miles per hour (0-96 km/h) in a claimed time 6.5 seconds. Alpha is accepting reservations for the Superwolf. Prices start at $48,000 and go up to $56,000 after a $7500 federal tax credit. The delivery schedule and pricing information are not yet available.
