Volkswagen unveiled the Beetle Fender Edition this week at Auto Mobil International in Leipzig, Germany.
The Scirocco GTS as well as the CC R-Line have been revealed by Volkswagen at Auto Mobil International (AMI), Leipzig, Germany. The special edition Beetle turbo, which has 197 horsepower (147 kW/ 200 PS), was first shown at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2011. It is a tribute to the legendary American guitar manufacturer Fender.
The Beetle (A5) comes with 18-inch alloy wheels, sports seats and chrome Beetle Fender Edition badges. It also has air conditioning, 400W Fender sound system, USB interface, and 18-inch disc alloy wheels. The “Sunburst”, two-tone wood panel with dash is a highlight. It replicates the iconic Fender finish.
This fall, the Beetle Fender Edition will be available in Europe. The U.S. will follow shortly.
