The customization of the Q division is a benefit to DBS Superleggera and Vantage.
The 25th James Bond movie, no time to die will be released in theaters across the globe in November. It features four Aston Martin vehicles. The DB5, a classic Aston Martin V8 and the DBS Superleggera GT from the British brand are just a few of the highlights. Aston Martin just announced two new models to its lineup in celebration of the film’s launch.
Both the Vantage editions and Superleggera007 editions will be limited in number and developed in collaboration with Aston Martin’s Q bespoke division. The models are available for order and the first deliveries will be in the first quarter 2021.
The Vantage 007 Edition is the first. It was inspired by the Aston Martin V8, which appeared in The Living Daylights movie. It features a unique mesh grille, chrome bezel, and Cumberland Grey exterior paint with obsidian-black leather interior.
The package includes two very interesting movie references: a set Living Daylights-inspired limited edition skis and ski rack as well as an embroidered 96.6 radio frequency frequency on the sunvisors, as a reference the Russian police frequency Bond used in his escape from The Living Daylights.
This car is limited to 25 units. Ceramic Grey exterior paint is used on the 007 Edition. The car also features a contrast black carbon fiber roof, splitter, diffuser and mirror caps. A set of 21-inch design-matching wheels is also available. The engine’s 5.2-liter V12 motor produces 715 horsepower (526 Kilowatts) as well as 664 pound-feet (901 Newton-meters).
“Creating a 007 edition is always an exciting challenge, as we develop and style a vehicle that embodies James Bond’s legend,” Marek Reichman (Aston Martin Vice President and Chief Creative Officer) comments. It is an honor to give our customers the chance to own a piece of automotive and cinematic history by applying carefully crafted 007-inspired styling.
