Chassis number 69 in 150 is decorated with the custom color.
The Aston Martin Valkyrie hypercar received a lot of attention when it was first revealed. It also took a long time to get into production. However, the 1,160-horsepower (865 kilowatts) hypercar made a smooth transition to public ownership. Except for a video that Motor1.com sent us, deliveries to owners began in November 2021. It gives us a glimpse of the sensational V12 engine.
Although the sound was amazing, guerilla-style videos of cars on the streets don’t usually produce the best visuals. We turn to Aston Martin in Oslo, Norway for this stunning red Valkyrie, which is currently indoors with its siblings. This Valkyrie, like all the other 150 that are in production, already has an owner. The person chose a Supernova Red exterior color. We wanted to share high-resolution images of this car after we saw it on Instagram. We are grateful to Kyle Meyr, a photographer, for sending us these images.
We only know the identity of the Valkyrie’s owner via the #supersixtynova Instagram hashtag. However, we do know that the person is chassis number 69 of the 150. As this hypercar is extremely rare and exceptionally fast, it’s safe to assume that the buyer paid more than $3 million. How fast is this hypercar? Aston Martin has not released any detailed statistics but it is believed that the Valkyrie can reach 60 MPH in 2.5 seconds and then continue at a speed well above 200 MPH.
This is certainly an amazing feat of engineering, but the Valkyrie’s ability not to have to deal with corners is what draws more attention. Tobias Moers, CEO of Aston Martin, told Motor1.com that his company could set lap records in the Valkyrie on both street and track with the AMR PRO trim.
This means that this won’t be our last chance to see the Valkyrie in public. That’s okay.
