How is that possible? It was simple, simply upgrade an S6 to RS specification.
First world problem: I want to purchase a new RS6 Sedan, but Audi only sells an Avant. There’s a solution to every problem, as the old saying goes. The “unofficial” RS6 Sedan C7 is a high-performance sedan unlike anything the automotive world has ever seen. It’s not the only one, as there are at least two similar vehicles .
This terrifying RS6 was originally a standard S6 and then received all the upgrades that were exclusive to the RS6 Avant. Maybe “exclusive” is a better term. The owner modified his prized possession to match the specifications of the RS6 Avant performance launched in late 2015.
The can only manage 450 horsepower from the biturbo 4.0 liter V8 engine. However, the RS6 special seen here boasts 600 horsepower to match its inspiration. The all-black sedan is equipped with the standard oval exhaust tips, and it looks as authentic as the real RS6.
Although it was expensive to get the S6 up to RS level, that is the price you have to pay to own such a unique car. The S6 is able to go from 0-60 mph (0-100 km/h) in 3.4 seconds, which is a full second faster than the S6. It’s faster than the heavier RS6 Avant performance, which takes 3.7 seconds to accomplish the same task. The wagon’s top speed is not known, but it should be within the range of the wagon’s 189.5 mph (305 km/h) when equipped with the optional dynamic package.
We would choose the Avant over the Sedan every day, but it is clear that this car is very desirable for those who love the four rings.
