It is called the Lumma CLR 8S.
Some cars are better left alone. The Audi Q8 is one example. Although it’s not the most beautiful vehicle, it is an crossover SUV. Lumma did not get this memo. The German tuner decided that it would stamp its mark on Audi’s high-riding hatch.
The Lumma CLR 8S is the name of the Q8. It features bodywork by Horst Lumma, his associates, and the Lumma CLR 8S. The CLR 8S features wider wheel arches, flared rocksers, rear splitters with aggressive front and rear, as well as a pair rear spoilers and crazy-looking hood attachment. It is definitely eye-catching.
The tuner offers two sets of wheels to differentiate the Lumma-fied model Q8 from its stock counterpart: a set with 22-inch, 10-spoke units, or a set with 24-inchers in matte black. Both are on staggered tires, and neither will improve the crossover’s ride quality.
If you aren’t sure if you want to go all out with the CLR 8S look, you can also purchase the hood piece as well as one or both the rear spoilers separately. The two wings look quite nice, especially the lip spoiler above the taillights.
Lumma did not announce pricing for either the CLR 8S and the individual sold pieces. However, Lumma did reveal that CLR 8S customers can upgrade their Q8 with Lumma-made interior enhancements and underhood performance enhancements. This will ensure that your four-ringed crossover’s interior as well as its powertrain are included in the price. We recommend that you pass on any cabin or powertrain upgrade due to the exterior appearance of the CLR 8S.
