Total Race, a Russian tuner, has made a very unusual Audi RS7 Sportback.
The car was started with a stage 1 kit, which brought software updates to the biturbo-4.0-liter V8 engine. Stage 2 added a custom stainless steal exhaust system. Total Race installed a new turbocharger as well as a modified version the stage 2 exhaust. Stage 4 saw new custom manifolds and a revamped intercooler, as well as other unspecified improvements.
The car can produce 955 horsepower and 1,235 newton metres of torque using race fuel. According to the Russian tuner, there was a 20% loss and the engine actually produces around 1,200 horsepower and 1,540 Nm.
Total Race describes a stage 10 kit in this video for the RS7 Sportback. Although it’s obvious that this is a gross exaggeration, we can see that the car has two external turbochargers as well as other modifications. These output numbers could have been increased further as this is an evolution from the stage 4 kit.
According to Audi RS7 stage 4, the Audi RS7 can sprint at 62 mph (100 kph), in just two and a quarter seconds. This seems a bit extreme, but we’ll be able to believe it once we see it.
