To create additional sleeping space, the roof can be raised.
The Carado Axion Studio is a great option if you have a larger group to go on an adventure along the highway. This Ram ProMaster 1500-based RV comes with a popup roof which opens to reveal a second level that includes a sleeping loft and standard bed. From January 16th to February 2nd, the rig will make its debut at Florida RV Super Show.
Carado offers an Axion standard with a fixed roof. The Studio’s top can be lifted to reveal a loft measuring 50.5 in (1.28 m) by 78 in (1.98 m). Three zip-out windows allow for easy access to the loft.
You’ll find all you need to have a great time on the road at the lower level. The kitchenette includes a sink, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator and two-burner stove. The couch can be converted into a double bed measuring 72 inches (1.83 m) by 47 inches (1.19 m). The back of the couch has a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. A standard air conditioner is also available for cooling. Optional 200-watt solar cells, lithium-ion batteries storage and an underhood generator can be added by buyers who plan to camp in the wild, as well as a standard air conditioner.
ProMaster 1500 is the powertrain. The 3.6-liter V6 produces 280 horsepower and is mated to a six-speed automatic.
A fully loaded Axion Studio costs around $92,000, while the starting price of the Axion studio is $83,533. This RV isn’t as quirky as many campers, but it’s very practical and would be a great option for cross-country travel.
