This Bentley Continental is a unique, horse-themed Bentley Continental.
It’s safe to say that many Bentley owners in the United Kingdom are familiar with equestrian sports such as dressage and polo. This is because it’s a popular hobby among ultra-wealthy people. This connection is being capitalized on by the brand’s unveiling of the Continental GT Convertible Horseman Edition, which was created by the Mulliner personalization division.
This unique Continental GT Convertible’s exterior is finished in a special shade of green Bentley calls Spruce. It is paired with the Blackline Specification option package, which fits gloss-fit parts to the grille and most of the body trim. You can also get black 22-inch wheels.
The equestrian-themed accessories are found inside. The seat headrests feature a silhouette of a horse-rider and a horseman. Saddle brown leather is used for the upholstery. Cumbrian Green leather is used as a secondary color to cover areas such as the dashboard’s top, center armrest, steering wheel, and other parts. The door panels are made of diamond-quilted, tweed fabric and Burr Walnut wood veneer is found on the dashboard, center stack and console.
Bentley also offers the Touring and City Specification options packages, which provide a lot of driver-assistance tech. These features include adaptive cruise control, lane assist, night vision and top-view cameras. They also provide traffic sign recognition, pedestrian warning, reverse traffic warning, automatic dimming of mirrors, and a trunk that can be opened.
In the next few months, the Mulliner division will be split into three portfolios. Mulliner Collections will handle existing personalization work. Mulliner Classic will restore Bentley’s vintage cars and create continuation specials such as the 1929 4 1/2-litre Blower. Mulliner Coachbuilt will handle more elaborate creations such as the Bentley Mulliner Bacalar
