Bentley Continental GT First Edition Is A Tribute To Great Britain

The model’s origins are highlighted by a discreet Union Flag motif.

While the Los Angeles Auto Show is the main story, there’s another interesting event in Crewe. Bentley just revealed the Continental GT First Edition. The first edition of the Continental GT First Edition, which is billed as the “ultimate expression” of the legendary grand tourer, adds nice touches to the standard equipment.

First, let’s get to the point. The fancy rotating display is available. This allows owners to choose between a 12.3-inch touchscreen or a classic appearance with three analog dials. The rotating display will switch to a veneer-only fascia when the biturbo W12 engine 6.0-liters is off. This allows the dashboard to blend seamlessly with the high-end wood.

There are four options for veneers: Liquid Amber (Tamo Ash), Dark Fiddleback (Dark Stained Madrona), and Dark Fiddleback (Dark Fiddleback). No matter which one you choose, they all come with Grand Black. This edition will only be available. This Continental GT is a little more special than others thanks to its unique 22-inch wheels and illuminated sills with “Bentley”, lettering.

You will also see several Union Flag accents inside and outside, including on the front fenders as well as the dashboard on passenger’s side. Bentley will include additional kit, such as pedestrian warning, park assist, and traffic sign recognition, to sweeten the deal. The 650-watt sound system is also available for purchase as a Bang & Olufsen 1,500 watt or 2,200-watt Naim system.

Although the company doesn’t say how many cars it will produce, it mentions that this configuration was “curated by the award winning Bentley design team.”
