Bavarian models equipped with iDrive 8 have enhanced digital services including new navigation functions. A new software will soon be available for pure electric vehicles. It activates battery preconditioning to prepare for DC fast charging.
The 2 Series Active Tourer will get two new plug in hybrid powertrains and a 48-volt electrified Diesel engine. The 2 Series Coupe will also get two new engines, while the 4 Series Gran Coupe gets two new six-cylinder units. The 1 Series and 2 Series will get new equipment packages.
