A standard 7er won’t cut it.
Fullsize luxury sedans offer many options for those who are willing to spend more to get a lot off the extensive options list. You can buy thousands of dollars worth of additional goodies on a 7 Series to customize the luxobarge as you wish, whether it is with an optional package or fancy paint.
This is not, as you probably know by now. It’s far from an entry-level model of Bavaria’s flagship model. The 740i is a long wheelbase model with the M Sport Package. But what really makes this car stand out is the Wildberry paint from our Individual catalog. This isn’t a paint that BMWs can only have. Anyone with the funds to buy a Rolls Royce can also have it. This color is available for all models, even the M3.
The optional Shadowline replaces all the chrome trim pieces on the exterior of the 7 Series with elegant black finishes.
The cabin is not as impressive as the exterior. BMW combined Merino leather upholstery and a wood trim, and added the Executive Lounge configuration to the rear seats. But it’s not all that exceptional, is it?
You might not be able to buy a 7 Series anytime soon if you are planning on buying one. The stately sedan will undergo a mid-cycle refresh very soon. The facelifted model will have a larger kidney grille and new lights. There are also other changes that were not yet visible in spy photos.
