The TX4 Troller is a tougher version than the T4. It sits higher than the T4 standard. The standard features include a snorkel air intake, side step, steel bumpers at both ends and LED headlights. This rugged model is only available with a Navy Blue front, but you can also get the body in Trancoso Brown or Maragogi Green.
The turbodiesel 3.2-liter five-cylinder turbodiesel produces 200 horsepower (149 kilowatts), and 347 pound-feet (347 Newton-meters). It is paired with a six-speed automatic and a two speed transfer case. Four-wheel drive is also available.
The Troller looks great inside, and the TX4 adds extra features. The locking rear differential is controlled by a button located at the base console. Dual-zone automatic climate control is also available. Ford understands that people will take this vehicle on adventures so the standard model comes with a panel ready to install an off-road navigation device. A separate 6.75-inch screen is available with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. Ford has added orange accents on the seat stitching, door panels and air vents for an extra pop of color.
