Bugatti Chiron Rendered As Off-Roader To Speed Into Apocalypse

Bugatti Chiron Rendered As Off-Roader To Speed Into ApocalypseThis will be the ultimate offroad rig until it breaks.

The Bugatti CHiron is not designed to suggest that it should be driven off-road. This super-powerful grand tourer is capable of covering great distances at incredible speeds, while still keeping its occupants comfortable. Rain Prisk, a rendering artist, imagines a crazy Chiron owner disassembling the hypercar and making it a ride ready to ride into the sunset after the end of the apocalypse.

The Chiron already has all-wheel drive so it should have a better grip in dirt. Prisk increases the ride height to keep vital mechanical parts closer to obstacles. Although the Bugatti engine is behind the driver, the bumper’s front skid plate looks great. A winch is now located in the front.

Prisk increases the Chiron’s ride height by significantly mounting a large set of off-road tires. To give the rubber more clearance, the fenders must be cut. If you look closely at the front, the line for remote-reservoir shocks can be seen. These should have enough capability to soak up bumps.

Prisk uses a roof rack for extra cargo space. The Chiron’s stock design doesn’t have much storage. It attaches to the rear axle via brackets. There are also LED lamps to provide extra light for camping as there isn’t enough space inside the hypercar.

Although this rig is great for driving through the desert, it would not be our first choice if the rotating ventilator gets contaminated with feces. The Chiron is too complex a vehicle and it would be very difficult to fix the problem when it breaks down. You can see how to do an oil change on a Veyron. Then imagine trying to wrench on the hypercar in the hot sun. If things go sour, we’ll choose a Jeep CJ or Toyota FJ instead.
