The Ciel is French for “sky” and was created to honor Cadillac’s French heritage, but also to refer to the car’s main inspiration, Highway 1 in California. This is where the open-top caddy was designed to be driven, according to its designers.

The Ciel’s twin-turbo, 3.6-liter V6 is under the bonnet. It produces 425 bhp (317kW / 431 PS), and 430lb-ft (583Nm) when coupled to a hybrid transmission that powers an all-wheel drive system.
