Carbon Motors upgrades Mercedes G-Class’ interior

All plastic elements are under threat from the company.

Carbon Motors has designed a custom Mercedes G Class with a luxurious interior.

The dashboard, center console and door panels were all upholstered in black leather after the company declared war on all plastic elements. The company also added carbon fiber trim, Alcantara headliner and diamond-quilted seating with red contrast stitching. Additional sound deadening material was added, as well as an upgraded audio system that includes a JL subwoofer.

MD Commerce tuned this particular model. Although the company did not reveal what modifications were made, we can see LED headlights and a winch as well as aftermarket wheels with offroad tires. The upgraded engine and retuned suspension are also included in the model, but details are not known.

The company is currently working on a redesign model that will be released next year for those who don’t like the older Mercedes G-Class models. The next-generation G-Class will be a familiar design, but the wheelbase will increase by around four inches due to the success of the current model. The model, despite being larger than its predecessor, could weigh in at approximately 440 pounds.
