Check Out The First Ford Broncos in Pre-Production as They Roll Down the Assembly Line

All things are improving

At the Michigan Assembly Plant, pre-production 2021 Ford Broncos are now being assembled. Bronco was able to see the process and took photos that we were able to republish.

These Broncos are not yet in production, but the examples that you see are part of an important milestone: they are the first vehicles to be assembled. This allows the factory to plan the production process and resolve any problems that may arise during the building of the vehicle. Bronco Nation states that all other examples of the SUV were hand-built prototypes.

These photos give a wonderful view of the Bronco’s underside. Below is a view of the interior as it was before any trim was installed. It is fascinating to see all the wires that run through the cabin, with many bundles over the tunnel. The infotainment screen at the dashboard’s center is one of the few items that are still in place.
