Chevy hopes the new crossovers will appeal to young Chinese people.
The Chevrolet Trailblazer, Chevy Tracker still exist in certain parts of the globe. New models with these names will make their global debuts at the 2019 Auto Shanghai. Scott Lawson, General Director of Chevrolet for SAIC GM, stated that Chevrolet has “pivoted to a more youthful and fashionable, sporty, sporty, and technological position,” referring to the new crossovers.
The Trailblazer’s new design (above), incorporates elements from last years FNR-CarryAll concept. These similarities are evident at the front, where the headlights are small and the fascia has large lamps. The vehicle’s side has a prominent crease running through the doors. It points down towards the rear fenders. The wheels are black with a red accent and measure 17 inches in diameter.
Chevy’s new entry level crossover in China is the Tracker. The company hopes the Tracker will appeal to young buyers. The Tracker’s two-tiered grille is similar to the Trailblazer’s, but the large lamps are absent from its front fascia. Instead, the headlights provide all the illumination. To add visual interest, the model has a heavily sculpted and lightly creased profile. Redline Package with black grille and matching badges.
