A van that was once a delivery vehicle is now a comfortable camper.

It’s a smart idea to reconsider your spending habits, especially with global inflation forecast to increase significantly starting in May. You might consider looking at the available used cars for sale if you are planning on buying a brand new motorhome this holiday season. You can also build your own car if you have a limited budget.

We reported on July 1, last year, about a A homemade camper van built from an old Volkswagen Transporter bus . A small studio from Bulgaria brought the project to life. Now, another camper van has been built using the same basic design. The camper is built on a slightly older Citroen Jumper bus that was imported from Switzerland to be used for transporting food supplement.

The camper van can comfortably sleep two adults, as you can see in the attached photos. A table has two folding couches that can be folded up into a large bed or used as chests. A compact sink is located next to the sleeping area. There are large storage areas with integrated LED lights above the living space. At night, movable curtains can be used to cover side windows and create a comfortable sleeping environment.

The camper van still has five seats, even though the bed is removed. The front has three seats and the back has a bench with two seats. These can be folded down to make more cargo space for trips.

It’s not the most luxurious campervan we’ve ever seen, but once you hear the project’s budget, you’ll forget all about the high-tech features found in more expensive products. The cost of the bus is only $2,400, and the entire transformation costs almost $4,300. A 2.5-liter diesel engine powers the Citroen, making it a very efficient vehicle for long summer travels.
