The arrival of the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo makes race number two a little more difficult. You might expect the Evo to win, considering the fact that the police SUV nearly beat the bike. But, this is not the case. Both vehicles were surprisingly evenly matched through the first half. The Evo wins the big end, running a 14.6 at 101 MPH to the bike’s 16 second run at 70 MPH. Although it seems slow for an Evo the soft launch and the elevation make it seem much more manageable. The video concludes with a quad bike race. With the second bike reaching 60 mph, it isn’t exactly exciting. It’s still not something you see every single day and it’s something we enjoy in our daily doses of petrol.
