Couple Turns Land Rover Defender Into Amazing Micro Camper Van

Space-saving design taken to the extreme

Anyone who has spent any time in an RV or camper knows the limitations of space. We’ve seen many space-saving solutions. Some go beyond the limits. Take this Land Rover Defender. This micro camper van was built by husband and wife. It has many ingenious features, as well as everything you need while on the move.

The Land Rover appears too small to be able to live comfortably from the outside. But the cab is magical. The camper is tall enough to accommodate an adult male and large enough to store all of your camping necessities that are cleverly concealed throughout the interior. A grid of solar panels is used to generate power, and a 100-liter tank provides water. The water heater heats up with diesel.

It looks just like a typical camper van when you enter. You will find a stove, sink, and a dinette set. There is also plenty of storage. You will need to move the toilet, bed, and shower. The shower area can be accessed by removing one seat from the dinette set. To keep the water in check, a shower curtain is dropped from the ceiling. A chemical toilet is also available in the shower area. It slides out from underneath the previously-moved dinette. The thick, comfortable mattress on the bed is lower than the ceiling. It is designed to be able to use the toilet, stovetop, and shower without disturbing the sleeping quarters.

It’s not all about bare bones living. The ceiling has a TV that can be flipped down and power outlets to charge laptops and other devices. It is enough for two, or as the builders say, two-and-half. This allows you to travel the world with only the essentials and not having to give up your luxuries. You can have enough fun and worry with this amount of luxury.
