EarthCruiser Launches Affordable MOD and EXD Campers

There’s a solution no matter what model you drive, whether you drive an F-150 truck or a Tacoma.

Did you see the Mercedes Unimog camper that we showed back in August? EarthCruiser Australia has two new products. Meet the MOD and EXD motorhomes.

The MOD stands for My Own Design. It is a modular interior that allows customers to personalize their models by adding or removing features. Each example comes with a base floor plan, which includes a cab over bed, a table that can be converted into a small bed, corner storage units, and an electrical system that powers two ceiling lights as well as 12volt accessories.

There are two options for the MOD: MOD 300 or MOD 400. The smaller series is for trucks such as the Toyota Tacoma and Nissan Frontier. While the larger package is made for trucks like the Ford Ranger and Toyota Tundra.

MXD, the second product from the company, is a larger and more comfortable motorhome which can be attached to one-ton trucks. The MXD can be set up in a matter of seconds and provides a kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bed that can sleep four people. The MXD can also accommodate an external hot/cold water shower, a 12-volt DC AC air conditioner, and microwave oven. The EXD is ready to take on any challenge, whether it’s a long weekend trip or a year-long trip across South America. EarthCruiser says that the EXD will be ready.

Both motorhomes are already being ordered by the company with the MOD starting at $22,000 for the MOD 300 variant and MOD 400 variants of the MOD 300. The MOD is priced at $23,500. The MXD price is not listed on EarthCruiser’s website, but you can request more information.
