All things Italian, including Italian food and Italian cars, will be held in Florida from January 20 to 23.
Each year, in sunny South Florida, there is a celebration of Italy through the beautiful Ferraris. The 31st Annual Palm Beach Cavallino Classic will return to its wintertime slot in 2022. It will be held from January 20-22 in and around Palm Beach. This year’s event celebrates the 75th anniversary of Ferrari. It brings an Italian-inspired culinary experience to The Breakers.
Concorso d’Eleganza will have 150 Ferraris on display. 2022 will also mark the 60th anniversary the 250 GTO. The show will also feature some of the most beautiful Prancing Horses around the globe. Gala Dinner will follow the event on Saturday night. The menu will feature delicious dishes from Modena, Enzo Ferrari’s hometown.
The menu is actually in direct relationship to Ferrari’s founder, since the menu was created by the grandson of Enzo, who was Enzo’s personal chef during the 1950s. He owns a restaurant in Modena, and will be joining the Gala staff to present specialty dishes that are based on the Emilia-Romagna area of Italy. This authentic Italian experience is created by Enzo Ferrari’s Italian chef. This Gala Dinner is one you will never forget.
This is just a small portion of the Cavallino Classic. On Thursday, the adventure starts with a track day. The Tour d’Eleganza will follow along Florida’s coast from Palm Beach to Palm Beach. Friday’s special events are added. The event concludes with a special lunch and vehicle display on Sunday.
