At this year’s Geneva Motor Show, facelift Nissan Navara models and Pathfinder models will be revealed. European sales will begin in April.
We have all the details on the facelifts of the Nissan Navara, and Pathfinder. Nissan claims that the Navara is Europe’s most-selling pickup truck since its inception. The company wants to maintain that trend by making the SUV and car more appealing.
Exterior changes include new bumpers for both cars that add an additional 80mm, a revised bonnet, a revised grille, headlamp styling, and a different bumper at the rear. To complement existing wheels, new 18-inch tires are also available.
Redesigned door trims, tactile armrests, and door pads make the interior more comfortable. The dials have been redesigned and chrome highlights added to the dials. The Nissan Connect Premium features a high-resolution touch screen, 40GB hard drive, and optional Bose sound system.
The engine’s big news is the 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel engine, which was developed in collaboration with Renault. It produces 170kW (231PS/ 228 HP) and peak torque at 550Nm (406 Lb-ft) between 1700rpm and 2500rpm. Nissan claims 500Nm (369lb-ft), is available from 1500rpm.
Engineering was also involved in the 2.5-litre dCi to make beef. The power output has increased to 140kW (190 PS/188 hp), while torque is now 450Nm (332 Lb-ft). The average consumption is 8.5 l/100 km, while C02 emissions are rated as 224 g/km.
