Other upgrades available for the model year 2021.

Two years ago , the Ares Design Panther was made its debut . It’s currently getting a slight refresh for the new model year. The Italian supercar, also known as the Panther ProgettoUno is a modern version of the DeTomaso Pantera and is built on the Lamborghini Huracan. It’s more than that.

The new gearbox for the Panther is available in 2021. The Leva Cambio Manuale Elettroattuata is an electro-actuated manual transmission that functions like a sequential gearbox with a traditional H-shaped gear design. It’s misleading though as the transmission gives the impression of a manual gearbox because the actuators work in parallel to the gear selector switches mounted behind the steering wheel.

The revised exhaust system, which now has three modes: Corsa and Strada as well as Pista, is another significant upgrade. Cross-shaped exhaust systems not only produce a louder sound, but optimize the flow of exhaust gases as they leave the engine. The Panther now has a set 21 inch wheels made of billet aluminum.

Andrea Donati, Ares Design tech director comments that “we always put our customers experiences at the center of our cars. This is why we continue improving the experience.” We are extremely happy with the changes to the car. The new gearbox allows the driver to enjoy a more manual driving experience, with all the thrill and excitement of driving a supercar. While the upgraded exhaust will create a powerful performance sound that can be adjusted as needed by the driver.

Ares Design previously stated that it would produce 21 units of the supercar instead of the original 70. The company has not yet released any information on this matter, but it claims that the car will cost EUR334,900 (approximately $44,000 at current exchange rates) before VAT and the donation car price.
